Why our new appointment based system is good for us all!
As you can imagine, things are a little different and it's looking like our current business operations will remain in place for the foreseeable future. We are operating on an appointment only basis. Why, you ask? Simply put, appointments allow us to control the flow of traffic in store. From the moment you enter we have a dedicated fit specialist who will handle the entire process of your appointment. This enables us to stick to all the social distancing measures and also keep a record of who visits for contact tracing purposes.
Masks are mandatory as is hand sanitization upon entry. We highly recommend you have a mask that you keep on you at all times either way just for the sake of getting this habit engrained in us, but if you happen to forget one then we have some available for purchase.
Our Appointments are 40 minutes or less, we leave 15 minutes to sanitize the fitting room and cash area after each and every customer. Don't worry, this is plenty of time for us to find you something that you will love!
If you have any underlying health concerns you may schedule your appointment to the first appointment of the day ensuring extra precaution, we will open early for you if required.
PLEASE note when you make one appointment it is for only one person. Each person needs to book their appointment time slot.
We understand that some of you may not wish to enter into our store just yet. We want to reassure you that we have gone above and beyond Public Health requirements.
If you require a bra that is not being sold on our online store, please call us, we are happy to assist you. As many of you may be aware, we do not list all our products on our online store as we specialize in fittings - we know ordering online can be tricky as no two bras fit the same. We are trying our best to make sure you get a bra that works for you by offering virtual fittings.
