Returns & Exchanges

In appreciation of your business and loyalty, we have decided to introduce an online store as we know that not everyone can make it into the store to see us. If you are an existing BRACHIC customer with a current store profile and are unsure of the size you need, please call us and we will gladly assist you.

If you are new to BRACHIC, we invite you check out our online fit guide or call us at the store and we will do our best to provide a fitting guide over the phone. Of course where possible, we will always recommend you visit us to obtain a professional bra fitting.

In order to prevent online buying errors and ensure that customers have a positive shopping experience, we have decided to offer our most popular, tried and tested brands only. Please note that all other brands remain available in store.



As we are not present to provide you service, our online return policy differs from our in-store boutique policy. We will happily work with you to exchange your items or issue you a store credit. Please note, we do not offer refunds

Upon receiving your order, you have 7 days to exchange your items. Please call customer support or email [email protected] in order to arrange your RA#(return authorization). Please follow our return procedure as any items sent back without an RA# will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at sender’s cost.

  1. Within 7 hours of making an online purchase, an order may be cancelled and a full refund issued. If this 7 hour period occurs during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), then all cancellation requests will be handled on the following Monday with no penalty to the customer. However, beyond 7 hours of purchase, orders are not eligible for cancellation. After shipment, the cancellation of an order falls under the stipulations of our returns and exchanges policy. All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] for documentation purposes.
  2. All returns are subjected to a 10% restocking fee.
  3. Before returning any merchandise, please contact us by phone (613) 321 0401 or email to arrange for your return authorization number at [email protected]. Merchandise will not be accepted by BRACHIC without an RA# and will be returned to purchaser at their cost.
  4. We must receive the returned merchandise within 7 days of the ship date.
  5. Special order items are ordered especially for you directly from our manufacturer. Once these orders are placed we are unable to cancel them. Therefore no returns are accepted.
  6. The item(s) must be returned to us in the condition that it was sent accompanied by the original receipt. All original tags and stickers must be attached to the item(s). Merchandise must be clean, unworn and unwashed. Merchandise must be free of any body odours, scents, dirt, or other markings. PLEASE NOTE: Any body products found on merchandise will be deemed damaged and will NOT be processed. We reserve the right to deny refunds to any/all goods.  Merchandise deemed by us to be damaged will be returned to purchaser at their own expense.
  7. Merchandise must be packaged appropriately so that the integrity of the item(s) are not compromised in any way. If possible use the package that the merchandise was sent in.



Any existing store credits with Brachic will automatically be applied to your next order unless we are specifically notified via email. If the price of the exchanged merchandise(s) is greater than the amount of the returned item(s), the balance can be charged to a credit card.  We are PCI DSS compliant (The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), therefore, we do not store/record your credit card information. You will need to call us at the store in order for us to process your balance over the phone. If the price of the exchange is less than the original item(s), the remaining amount will be issued in the form of a store credit.



If you are thinking of placing an order for 2 or more items, we highly recommend that you confirm your size with one of our bra fitters before finalizing your order. We will only accept 1 item to be returned per order.



Final Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned. For hygienic reasons there are some items that are always final sale. These include but are not limited to, all underwear, briefs, thongs, shapewear, swimwear, hosiery. Sale items, Special offer items, and Special Orders.



We are not responsible for defects caused by customer error. However, sometimes a defective product can slip through the inspection process. Our full liability is limited to exchanging the item if/once the manufacturer deems the item to have been defective.

Brachic charges for the shipment of exchange merchandise. We will only cover return shipping costs if we made the error. In this case we will cover the cost of the return and re-shipment.
