When will you open?

We are closely watching the Public Health Agency of Canada for their guidance on operational matters for non essential businesses. When our government gives us the green light then we will open our doors. 

 

How can I purchase a bra?

On our online store at www.brachic.ca  Over the phone 613-321-0401. We are monitoring our voicemail service so please do  leave a brief message with your contact details. Alternatively you can contact us through email at [email protected] or message us on Facebook or Instagram



The Item I am looking for is not on your website. What do I do?

If you don’t see an item you are looking for please email, call or message us via social media. We will check our in store inventory and get back to you soon as we can. We are currently working on adding more products to our website daily. 

 

I want to buy the same bra. I don’t know what it’s called?

We can check your store profile for past purchases. Email us with your full name, phone number and if possible a photo or description of the bra. 



I’m not sure if I am the same size...What do I do?

If you think your size has changed or you have never had a fitting with us before please use our Bra Size Calculator on our website. If this is not working for you send us an email [email protected] to request an appointment for a virtual fitting session. 



If the item I want is out of stock in my size, how do I find out when it will be restocked?

This ultimately depends on the item. Due to COVID-19, many warehouses are closed or operating on heavily restricted hours. Once we know what brand you are looking for we can advise you accordingly. 

 

My size is not listed on some products online. Does this mean the product does not come in my size?

No, we aim to put all the available size ranges for the products online. Updates are ongoing so, please contact us so we may check for you.



How can I use my existing gift card for the duration of COVID-19 closure?

We are currently not able to accept gift cards as a method of payment for online purchases. Please email us to request a phone purchase. We will arrange a day and time frame that works for you to use your gift card over the phone. 

 

I never shopped with you and am not familiar with the brands on your website. How do I know I am buying the right bra?

Before you purchase, please email us at [email protected] to request a virtual fitting. We would be very happy to assist you.

 

Do you have maternity or nursing bras?

Yes, we do have nursing bras in stock. 

 

 

Do you sell sports bras for full busted women? I don’t see my size in your online store.

Yes, we currently have 3 sports bras on our online store that go up to a K cup. 

1-Energise bra from Elomi- up to K cup.

2-Dynamic from Freya- up to J cup, 

3-Extreme Control 5567 from Anita - up to K cup.

What kind of swimwear do you have?

We have in store stock of the following, 1 Piece swimsuit, Tankinis, trikinis and Bikinis. We sell our bikini swimwear as a set.  Some of our swimwear will have the options of matching cover ups.



If I make a purchase today, how long does it take for me to receive the item?

If you are living in Ottawa we are offering free delivery duration of COVID-19. 

If your location is within a 30 minute drive from the store, you will receive your purchase within 2 working days. Further away and we will send your purchase via Canada Post, this should be within 3 working days. Your tracking number will be sent to you in order for you to keep track of your delivery. Friday afternoon and weekend purchases will take a longer to process.



I am not happy with the fit. What do I do?

Always contact us. It may be a problem with some of the adjustments of the bra. We would be happy to troubleshoot with you.We can do a virtual fit check. If agreed that it is the wrong bra for you we will accept your return, this will be done at your own cost. We are offering store credits or exchange. No refunds.

 

What are you doing to prevent Covid-19?

Currently we are taking turns going into the store when necessary to process orders. When preparing items we are wearing gloves, masks and also providing receipts only. To minimize the risk, the person who processes the order takes the responsibility of the delivery. After each visit the common areas are sanitized.

 

Any returned items have been quarantined for a week as an extra precaution. 

These measures are fluid and are regularly being updated based on Government directives.
